Here Together, For You

Happy Tuesday friends!  It's time for an all new sketch challenge over at Hand Stamped Sentiments and it's a fun one!

I have another fun new Collection to share with you.  All Together Suite Collection was release this month and it is AMAZING.  I love the meaning behind this suite.

You know how much I love black and white patterns, right?   The All Together DSP is nothing but black and white patterns.  YES!  Rather than adding a tag like the sketch has, I decided to use the die-cut pinky promise hands.  Here For You...I Promise.  So much meaning in such few words.  The cute little die cut heart was the perfect addition.

Since I was on a creative roll, I made a second card using the same sketch, but different die-cut words and hands.  You Matter To Me...Love You.  Love this!

This collection is perfect for creating cards for everyone and anyone who is special in your life and needs a few words of encouragement.    The Natural Tones Stampin' Blends that come with this collection are all beautiful skin tone shades. I promise, any card you create with this collection will be so loved by anyone who receives them!

Happy Stamping!

Waves of The Ocean ~ Monday Montage

Welcome to another Monday Montage Blog Hop!  We're back to share some more projects with you and I promise you will love them all!

Today I have a sneak peek of a new collection coming your way March 1st.  Waves of the Ocean is full of the beauty and wonder of the ocean...my happy place!

My first card was inspired by the talented Cindy Schuster over at Crafty Carrot.  She created an adorable card with the Paradise Palms bundle and I cased the layout of her card.
With DSP as beautiful as Waves of the Ocean, it's easy to keep thing clean and simple.  I stamped and colored the perched pelican and the beautiful sentiment.  Just a bit of Linen Thread and a few of the pretty Rhinestone Waves Basic Jewels completed the card.

Next up is a beautiful sunset at the ocean...I feel like I'm at my favorite spot along the Oregon Coast!  Once again, the DSP did most of the talking.  A bit of the Blue Foils Specialty Paper provided just the right amount of shimmer for the waves...just like the ocean waves at sunset.  The perched pelican made an appearance again, along with a couple seagulls floating through the clouds.  A simple sentiment stamped on a strip of DSP and a few Rhinestone Waves finished the card off.

If you love the ocean as much as I do, mark you calendar for March 1st and add this beautiful new collection to your stamping collection!

Next up is my friend Cathy over at Sugar Shack Designs or you can hop on back to my stampin' BFF Wendy at Wickedly Wonderful Creations

Happy Stamping!

I'll Be There For You ~ Control Freaks Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the February Control Freaks Blog Hop!  This month we are celebrating F*R*I*E*N*D*S.  You may just be starting or you may have arrived from Melissa Davies of Rubber Funatics...either way, hop on through until the end!

I just recently ordered Every Chapter and absolutely love this stamp!  Y'all know that I LOVE to color with my Stampin' Blends and this stamp is PERFECT for them. I chose some softer shades for the book and added a pop of Polished Pink for the glasses.  I also added the Loose Flower Flourishes to my embellishment collection and am SO happy I did!  They were just what this card needed.

Along with a few other items in my last order, I also included the beautiful Calming Camellia SAB host stamp set.  The floral images in this stamp set are stunning!  I stamped the larger floral image in Memento in the corner of a piece of Whisper White, then added a beautiful banner with the smaller image stamped in Magenta Madness.  I had some retired gold twine in my stash that I pulled apart for some delicate gold detail.  If you haven't snagged this stamp set yet, you still have a few more days!

I used my favorite Pattern Party DSP for both cards.  I love, love, love all of the black and white patterns in this pack of paper.  Another must have!

Next up is LeeAnn Greff of Flowerbug’s Inkspot.  But don't stop there...keep on hopping to see all of the friendly creations we have to share with you this month!

Happy Stamping!

Hello Sunshine...

...and hello Friday!

Welcome to an all new TGIF Challenges!  This week we are celebrating the last few days of Sale-a-Bration with our favorite products.

The Sunshine & Rainbows DSP is, by far, my favorite Sale-a-Bration product!  I love how bright and cheerful all of the designs are!

Today's card features 4 off the 12 DSP patterns and they are just so happy.  I don't usually use this many patterns of paper on one card, but these ones all work so well together.
The fact that these cheerful designs coordinate with the Rainbow of Happiness bundle AND the could punch in the JJ Mini make it even better!  I die cut the rainbow, filling it with Mango Melody, Bermuda Bay, Magenta Madness and Flirty Flamingo.  A couple clouds were punched from the DSP and a sunburst die cut sentiment brought everything together.  Along with a few Iridescent Rhinestone Basic Jewels of course.

I hope you will join along and share your favorite Sale-a-Bration items with us this week!

I don't know about you, but I am oh-so-ready for the weekend.  It has been a full moon week at our school, meaning anything and everything crazy that could happen DID happen!  And since Monday is a holiday here in the States, that means there will be even MORE time for stamping!

Happy Friday and, as always, Happy Stamping!

Artistic Hello ~ Hand Stamped Sentiments

It's time for an all new Hand Stamped Sentiments Inspiration Challenge and this one is so much fun!  I love all of the colors and images...the possibilities are endless!

I was inspired by the floral image as well as the colors.  The Artistically Inked bundled seemed perfect for this beautiful color combination.

I stamped and die cut the floral and leave images in shades of Night of Navy and Blushing Bride.  I die cut the large intricate floral image from a piece of Gold Metallic Specialty paper and layered the stamped flowers on top.  I love this metallic paper!
A few splatters of Blushing Bride were stamped around the edges and just a few Champagne Rhinestone Basic Jewels brought everything together, along with (my favorite) a heat embossed Hello.

I've been in to wonky layers lately and that seemed to work well with this card too. A Blushing Bride card base and a piece of Night of Navy were just what the Basic White piece card front needed.

Be sure to join in the fun over at Hand Stamped Sentiments and share what you were inspired to create!

Happy Stamping!

Live Life in Full Bloom ~ Monday Montage

Welcome to another fabulous Monday Montage Blog Hop!  This hop is sure to be full of amazing creations, so don't miss a single stop!

We had an absolutely beautiful day today that left me with a massive case of spring fever!  I know we have a good chance of snow yet this month, but I am more than ready to get out in my garden to dig in the dirt.

While I patiently wait for the ground to warm up, I'm happy creating a little spring in my craft room!

Inspired by my own spring flowers beginning to peek out of the cold winter ground, I stamped and die cut some of the pretty little tulips from the Flower Rain Boots stamp set and coordinating Rain Boots dies.

I stamped tulips in shades of Blushing Bride, Poppy Parade and Highland Heather, placing them on Granny Apple Green stems.  I tucked some of the tulips into a Cinnamon Cider pot.  Check out how I snipped the top of the pot to tuck those tulips in!

I added a couple of stacked up pots that have toppled over.  Why you might ask?  Because when you have 5 doggies in your home, it's bound that they will knock over a flower pot or two each year with all of their crazy antics!

And can we talk about these adorable Pebbles Enamel Shapes?!?  After creating this card, it is clear that I am going to need MANY more of these!  I love what they add to this card.

I can't wait to tear in to my seed packs in the next month or so and get them sowed into the ground.  It will be another wait to see the beautiful blooms, but always so worth it!

Cathy is up next or you can hop back to Wendy.  Either way, make your way all the way through!

Amazing Thanks

Happy Friday and welcome to an all new TGIF Challenges Color Challenge.

I always love a color challenge that is an actual challenge for me!  It was a lot of fun to pull this card together.

In going through my DSP, looking for colors coordinating with the challenge, I came across my favorite Calypso Coral and white striped DSP from You're a Peach.  I love all things with stripes!  This was layered on top of a piece of Smoky Slate and a Basic White card base.

Next came a piece of Basic White, splattered with Smoky Slate.  A beautiful Amazing Silhouettes butterfly was stamped in Soft Sea Foam and die-cut with the Layered Circles Dies.  I cut a second circle of Soft Sea Foam to add just a bit more color.

Using the coordinating Amazing Thanks dies, I cut and layered Thanks in Calypso Coral and Basic White.  I wanted just a little more than Thanks, so I added "so very much" from Plentiful Plants stamp set.  Yep...the heat embossed sentiments are back!  A few Brushed Brass Butterflies were added for just a little shimmer and shine.

I hope you will join us and play along with this weeks Color Challenge!

Happy Stamping!

Awesome Otter Birthday Wishes

There aren't many critters that are as cute as otters are!  I don't know about you, but I love watching their playful nature and would totally have one as a pet if my husband would allow...LOL!

For now, I'll stick with the adorable Awesome Otters stamp set and send a rainbow of birthday wishes to a special birthday friend.
I stamped this cute little guy in Memento, then added a splash of Pool Party water and Crumb Cake for the otter.  You can have a birthday without a party hat, right?!?  Misty Moonlight, Granny Apple Green, Magenta Madness, So Saffron and Flirty Flamingo brought some happiness to this party hat!

I wanted to add even more cheerfulness...hello Sunshine & Rainbows DSP!  A little strip peeking out from the side was just right.  I stamped the Birthday sentiment from Biggest Wish in coordinating colors, then fussy cut each letter for the perfect rainbow placement.

The polka dots from the Checks & Dots embossing folder add just the right amount of texture to the Misty Moonlight card front.

Once again, I managed a card without embellishments or a heat embossed sentiment...shocking, right?!?!

Happy Stamping!
