Hooray for...

...NEW stamps!!!  My box of pre-order goodies showed up on Thursday and I've been itching to get my hands on it!  As soon as my son went down for his nap this morning, I headed down to my craft room and tore into the box.  It is way too cold to I was inspired by this weeks Mashup Challenge over at Friday Mashup...they have a fun sketch this week along with the challenge to use Window/Transparency Sheets.
After seeing this sketch, I knew the first new set I wanted to break out was Geometrical along with the fun new coordinating Triangle Punch.  Don't worry, you'll all be able to get your hands on these goodies soon!
Supplies Used:
Paper ~ Basic Black, Whisper White, Strawberry Slush, Bermuda Bay, Crushed Curry, Gold Foil, Window Sheet, Kaleidoscope DSP
Ink ~ Bermuda Bay, Strawberry Slush, Crushed Curry, Metallic Gold
Stamp Set ~ Geometrical
Other Supplies ~ Watercolor Wonder Washi Tape, Gold Bakes Twine, Itty Bitty Punch Pack, Triangle Punch
I created a fun little shaker window and filled it full of punched paper...makes for a fun birthday card or a just because card to send to your BFF!
I was soooo happy to see more GOLD!  I love, love, LOVE it!!
Be watching for more sneak peeks of new items coming out in the 2014 Occasions're gonna love them!
As much as I would like to stamp the day away, my time is up and we must bundle up and head out for some brother birthday and Christmas annual tradition my twins love.  We take them out individually and they get to shop for each for their birthday and Christmas.  It's fun to spend time with them one on one and it is always fun to see what they gift they choose for each other.
Stay warm and Happy Stamping!

  1. Awesome display of the upcoming SU goodies, Breelin. Love how you mashed it up with the washi tape around the window sheet! I agree this DSP and new tools were perfect for this challenge. Thanks for playing along with the Friday Mashup!

  2. Great use of the new products! :) I love the fun confetti. Great job with the challenge this week! Thanks for joining us at The Friday Mashup.
