Gears & Textures Birthday

It's time for an all new Hand Stamped Sentiments Inspiration Challenge. There is a little bit of everything to pull some creative inspiration from here!

The Gears & Textures bundled just arrived in my craft room and was just right to play along with this challenge!  I love sets that allow for random stamping, especially when I can put some fun colors together.

Lemon Lime Twist, Secret Sea, Cloud Cover and Coastal Cabana are so much fun! From splatters and gears to light bulbs and swirls, this bundle is full of so many possibilities.

The sentiment comes from this month's Product of the Month, Fabulous Sayings.  The sentiments and fonts are so good!

Layers of Smiles

Welcome to the latest TGIF Challenges Inspiration Challenge!  This gorgeous photo is filled with endless inspiration!

I reached for the Layers of Beauty bundle and a enjoyed a peaceful little coloring session to create todays' card.

I blended the Bubble Bath and Pretty in Pink Stampin' Blends together for these pretty in pink blooms. 

I nestled the pretty flowers inside a Textured Notes Frame with a little added texture from the Beautiful Pattern 3D embossing folder.  A few Pearls of Beauty completed this pretty little card that is certain to make someone's heart smile!

Around The World on Wednesday - January 2026

Welcome to the first Around the World on Wednesday blog hop of 2026!  This month we are CAS(e)ing the talented Jan Clothier and her love of the Faux Torn Paper Mask technique.  We're also adding in a This or That twist to the mix...so much fun!

Here's a little peek at one of Jan's projects that inspired me:

I chose the Celebratory Sips bundle to create some refreshing birthday wishes!

Who doesn't love a yummy pink drink with an umbrella?  I used shades of Strawberry Slush, Timid Tiger and Bubble Bath to blend together a beautiful background for these sweet sips.

Maybe a tall glass of lemonade is more your sipping style.  I blended Daffodil Delight, Timid Tiger and just a bit of Lemon Lime twist.  If you look closely, you'll see some Lemon Lime Twist ice cubes stamped as well.

Celebratory Sips Designer Series Paper compliment each card and the Textured Notes dies added just the perfect amount of texture around each layer.  Cheers!

Petals of Beauty Birthday Wishes

It's Friday and that means it's time for an all new TGIF Challenges Sketch!

Words of Beauty and Petals of Beauty bundles came together for this beautiful birthday card.

I stamped the large floral outline in Petal Pink on the Petal Pink pattern of Brushed With Beauty Designer Series Paper.  A gorgeous floral pattern strip was added to go along with the sketch...just the mirror image because my brain was working backwards when I made this card!

We, the 2025 Artisan Design Team, want to give a HUGE THANK YOU to Cindy, Melody & everyone at the Concept Artists team, who helped us during our Artisan Year.

One Monday the 15th of December a box was delivered to the Stampin' Up! Home Office, with all our gifts.  We will show them to you in this hop!

I chose the Petals of Beauty Bundle, along with the gorgeous Brushed With Beauty Designer Series Paper, to create my gift of gratitude.  The sentiments on both projects say it all!

It has been such an honor to craft alongside this talented group of Artisans this pst year! My crafty dreams have most certainly been fulfilled!

Silly Safari Party Animal

The Hand Stamped Sentiments crew is back with an all new sketch challenge to kick off the New Year! Join in the fun and play along!

I immediately thought of the Silly Safari giraffe when I saw this sketch.  His long neck was perfect!

I tucked the cute little cheetah in next to him peeking out from the leaves.  A Strips & Dots strip stamped in Azure Afternoon was a fun way to bring in a little color and keep with the sketch.

A Little Behind

It's never good to start the New Year off a little behind...but it happens!  I fell behind in getting all of my Christmas gifts shipped out in time, but the latest TGIF Challenges Color Challenge had the perfect colors for these adorable (retired) Long Time No See alpacas!

I colored a trio of Smoky Slate alpacas, warmly wrapped in scarves of Highland Heather and Balmy Blue.  These are some very cozy, yet wintery colors.

Freshly Made Hobby Haven

 Happy New Year friends and welcome to 2026!

I'm starting the New Year off right...in my craft room.  I hope you are also getting to spend a little extra crafty time today as well.  

I'm playing along with the latest Freshly Made Sketches challenge and having some fun with the Hobby Haven Designer Series Paper.  

These pre-cut designs helped to bring this card together in no time!  You have to love a quick and easy card.  I used my favorite Happy Birthday Sentiment from Simply Said and added a few Dear Dots and a little Garden Green Chevron Ribbon to complete the card. Isn't it cute?!?

If you love to snip adorable Designer Series Paper images as much as I do, you will LOVE Hobby Haven.  These retro colored kitchen gadgets help to create the prefetch birthday card for a sweet lady who loves to spend time in the kitchen!
