Sunflower Thank You

I'm back again with my Monday Montage friends...it's a double dose Monday!  Follow along with us on Instagram to see all of the amazing projects everyone made.

I used the super fun and easy ink swiping technique for this card.  The Sunflower 3D embossing folder is absolutely stunning!  And when you swipe an ink pad on the backside, or debossed side, you end up with some amazing shading and background!

I added some color using the Label Me Grateful dies. I love how these colors pop against the Basic Beige and Early Espresso.

Did you getting in any stamping today?

Happy Stamping!

Mail It Monday

I'm finally back with my Mail It Monday friends!  Find us over on Instagram and hop along with us!

This week I am playing along with the latest Freshly Made Sketches sketch challenge...on of my favorite ways to start a card!

I stamped all of the Silly Safari friends in Memento and colored them with Stampin' Blends before snipping them out with my Paper Snips.  I went with a circle for the sketch, singing Circle of Life from the Lion King...how can you not?!?
The leaves were a fun way to tie in the rest of the sketch!  I stamped the sentiment Strawberry Slush to add a fun little bright pop of color!

Wishing you all a happy Monday!

I searched my stash and found the adorable Just Kiddin' DSP with this sweet kiddo and her super cute cape!

I used a portion of an All Zipped Up sentiment and made the rest with the mini alphabet dies.  I love how this turned out!

The new Shimmer Star Foam stickers were the perfect way to embellish this super awesome card!

Spotlight on White Gel Pens

Welcome to the latest and greatest TGIF Challenges Product Challenge where we are spotlighting the white gel pen.  It's amazing what just a little touch of white gel can add to your project!

I used the white gel pen to accent the flowers and a few white dots in the background.  Subtle, but so cool!

This lovely color combo comes from the latest Global Design Project color challenge.  I love this color combo!

Around The World on Wednesday - July 2025

Welcome to the July edition of Around the World on Wednesday!  After a little hiatus, I'm happy to be hopping along with this talented group of stampers. We are continuing our CAS(e)ing our French team member, Aurelie and playing along with a Tic-Tac-Toe Challenge.
May be a graphic of text that says 'TИC-TAC-ToE JULY ULY2025 2025 shadow circle texture metallic line bright bold repeat water Nà Noion Trounale "hedmday 6ae'
I went for a diagonal Tic-Tac-Toe and brought in bold colors, lines and texture. Take a look at what I created.
I drew my inspiration from Aurelie's card seen below.  Isn't it the cutest?
I CASed the layout, switching out the fun fish for some summer sips! I used the strips of paper for the "lines" of the Tic-Tac-Toe Challenge, along with the Soft Waves 3D embossing folder for "texture" and Celebratory Sips DSP for "bold".
With 100+ degree weather in my neck of the woods, this card almost feels like it quenches your thirst!

Next up in the hop is Lori Wilcox.  You are going to love what she created!

Happy Stamping!

Petal Pink Coneflower Thanks

A sketch is my favorite way to start the creative process for a card.  I love the simplicity of this weeks Hand Stamped Sentiments Sketch Challenge!

My coneflowers are in full bloom right now and I have a Petal Pink variety that I absolutely love! They helped to inspired this card with the beautiful Coneflower Celebrations bundle.

Isn't this flower so pretty!  I love the texture and dimension of the dies.  And the fun circle strips are the best!  A sweet little bow with a Thank You sentiment and a few Brushed Brass Butterflies were the only embellishments needed for this sweet and simple card.

Beautiful Colorful Butterflies

Happy Friday AND Happy 4th of July to all of my stamping friends in the US. Welcome to the latest TGIF Color Challenge!  This one just feels like summer!

My initial thought was something floral with these colors, but then I saw the Beautiful Butterflies stamp set!

I created a fun background by swiping ink across a clear block, spritzing it with water and "smooshing" it across a piece of Basic White cardstock.  Such an easy technique with a WOW result.

A butterfly in each color, a bold Basic Black sentiment and a few Brushed Brass Butterflies completed this bold, yet simple card!
