Hello to all my stamping friends and welcome to Day Six of the Artisan Finalist Blog Hop! We're on the downhill slide of our hop...I hope you are all loving the amazing creations! For the next 3 days you will get to see the talent from an amazing group of Artisan Finalists. It has been so much fun seeing all of the details of each project up close...so much better than trying to see them in between 6000+ other people :-)
Today I have my second 3-D project to share with you. This was my down-to-the-wire, what-in-the-world-am-I-going-to-do project. I had just made some onesie cupcakes for a friends baby shower and that's when the idea for this fun little cupcake box popped into my head.
I tore one of the Kraft Boxes apart and used the Window Frame Framelits to cut a window out in the front and top of the box. (The box went back together easily with some sticky strip) After stamping the entire box with the Distress Dots, I adhered a piece of Window Sheet to each opening. You really can't see it in the picture, but I also created a little holder inside the box. I used the Window Frame Framelit again, creating a little spot for the cupcake to sit in and not fall over. I used the cut out portion of the Kraft Box as my tag.
Here is the little cupcake that was in the inside.
Supplies Used:
Paper ~ Subtles DSP Stack, Whisper White, Pink Pirouette, Window Sheet
Ink ~ Whisper White Craft Ink, Pink Pirouette
