Let Me Pedal

Woohoo!!!  Finally made it to Friday!  I am kicking my weekend off today with a 4 day weekend and a little out of town trip with my hubby!  As I have mentioned before, I have been working MANY long hours at work since the middle of October and time off hasn't really been able to happen.  But we finally filled our empty position and things are running smoothly enough that I can take a couple days off and let my c0-workers pedal for me :-)
I absolutely love this bicycle and adding the balloon off the back just makes it an even happier card!  Speaking of balloons, have you seen all of the fabulous balloon creations over at Stylin' Stampin' INKspiration today?

A Walk in the Meadow

Happy Thursday stampers!  And Happy Friday to me!  I get to enjoy a long weekend and a little trip out of town with my hubby...long overdue!

We're taking a walk on the wild{life} side over at Stylin' Stampin' INKspiration today.  I have to admit, I wasn't sure about this stamp set when I first saw it in the catalog, but now that I own it and have made a few cards with it, I LOVE it!
You can create beautiful scenes with this stamp set and it's perfect for masculine and feminine cards.
Supplies Used:
Paper ~ Lost Lagoon, Very Vanilla, Corrugated Paper
Ink ~ Basic Black, Soft Suede, Lost Lagoon, Old Olive, Blackberry Bliss, Crushed Curry
Stamp Set ~ In the Meadow
Other Supplies ~ Linen Thread

Okay...I can't for the life of me remember which stamp set the Happy Birthday sentiment came from. I usually still have the stamps all laying out when I'm working on my blog posts, but I've been trying REALLY hard to keep my crafting space clean and have been putting things away after I have used them.  Do any of you recognize which set this sentiment came from?

Happy Stamping!

Wired Wednesday

I have a weakness for anything coffee related, so when I saw this stamp set and coordinating dies from Sugarpea Designs, I couldn't resist them!
There are so many cute stamps in this set and the coordinating dies make some super cute coffee cups!

I played around with the lineless watercolor technique for the cup on this first card.  I love how it turned out!

And the cup on this second card is my favorite!  It looks just like a cup of joe from my favorite coffee shop!  And that heart of coffee beans is so much fun!

Supplies Used:
Paper ~ Whisper White, Basic Black, Real Red, Mint Macaroon
Ink ~ Basic Black, Crumb Cake, Real Red, Mint Macaron, Watermelon Wonder, Early Espresso
Stamp Set ~ Caffeine Addict (Sugarpee Designs)
Other Supplies ~ Coffee To Go Cup, Coffee Words
