Magical Christmas Cheer ~ #TGIFC292 Theme Challenge

Happy Friday friends!!!  I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving yesterday!  I know gatherings may have looked a bit different for many of us this year, but there is still SO MUCH to be thankful for.  I am thankful for each and every one of you!
As you snack on some Thanksgiving leftovers today, take some time and join us in this weeks TGIF Challenges Theme Challenge.  It's the perfect way to kick off the Christmas season.
I simply can not get enough of the Trimming the Town DSP!  I love the pattern with all of the people celebrating the season...it's simply magical!
I don't know about you, but one of my favorite parts of Christmas is the Christmas music.  I love to turn it on while we are baking...singing and dancing our way around the kitchen.  That's why I love this cheerful sentiment from the Christmas Means More stamp set so much!
Do you have Christmas playing yet? What are some of your favorite Christmas songs?

Ink ~ VersaMark

Snow Front Christmas Greeting ~ #HSSSC353

Happy Tuesday friends!  I had the Monday of all Monday's yesterday, so I am SUPER happy that we are on to Tuesday and an all new Hand Stamped Sentiments sketch challenge!

This sketch was just the inspiration I needed to create a design for a custom Christmas card order!  This is such a great sketch!

I dusted off my Snow Front stamp set and created a wintery scene on the tag that went along perfectly with the Birch background stamp.  It's always fun to create with this stamp set...Every scene is just a little different, no matter how many duplicates you create!  I pulled out a few retired items as well...I love Cherry Cobbler Diagonal Stripe Ribbon and may have hoarded a few spools of it last year.  And the Merry Christmas dies are just too pretty not to keep on using!

Supplies Used:
Paper ~ Garden Green, Cherry Cobbler, Crumb Cake, Very Vanilla
Ink ~ Garden Green, Cherry Cobbler, Gray Granite, Early Espresso
Stamp Sets ~ Snow Front, Perfectly Plaid
Other Supplies ~ Stitched Nested Labels Dies, Merry Christmas Dies, Cherry Cobbler Diagonal Striped Ribbon, Linen Thread

Thank you for stopping by today! I hope you have a terrific Tuesday!

Happy Stamping!

No Stamp November ~ Monday Montage

Welcome to an all new Monday Montage Blog Hop!  You won't want to miss a single creation from this amazing group of stampers!

You've all heard of No Shave November right? How about No Stamp November? Say what?!?!?  Yep, thanks to the amazing Trimming the Town DSP, I created two cute cards and used NO stamps!  Take a peak and let me know what you think!
This my absolute favorite DSP in the Mini Catalog.  I love the colors and ALL of the patterns are so too cute!  For my first card, I cut a piece of the mountain scene pattern for the background, then placed a few fussy cut houses and trees around the frozen pond.  Did you know this DSP even has a pattern FULL of sentiments?  No stamps needed...just your favorite paper snips!  A few little snowflake sequins and this card is complete!
Next up is another snowy mountains scene with some of my other favorite cheerful patterns from this paper pack.  The Misty Moonlight Snowflakes and Poppy Parade loop-de-loop's are so much fun and all of the joyful people just make me smile!  Once again, I snipped a sweet little sentiment that was just perfect for this hometown Christmas greeting!
Supplies Used:
Paper ~ Misty Moonlight, Whisper White, Trimming the Town DSP

Other Supplies ~ Stitched Shapes Dies, All the Trimmings Embellishments, Snowflake Adhesive-Backed Embellishments

I can't wait to see what the rest of our Monday Montage crew has in store for us!

Adventure Awaits ~ #TGIFC290 Sketch Challenge

Adventure awaits...seems kind of fitting for 2020.  I don't know about you, but I am anxiously awaiting the day when we can get back to our big adventures.  Until then...I'll happily create a fun little adventure with this weeks TGIF Challenges Sketch Challenge.
Mountain Air is one of my favorite stamp sets, especially combined with the coordinating Majestic Mountains Dies.  This scene looks like a place I'd like to take an adventure to!
I watercolored the oval with Misty Moonlight and Garden Green, then layered the mountains and trees on top.  I let just a little shadow of Gray Granite mountain peek out behind the oval.
A couple of pine trees were the perfect finishing touch for this adventurous card.  I was happy to give this card to one of our school district's Physical Therapists before he took off on an adventure of his own with a new position.  He will be missed!

Supplies Used:
Paper ~ Gray Granite, Whisper White, Misty Moonlight, Garden Green
Ink ~ Gray Granite, Misty Moonlight, Garden Green, VersaMark
Stamp Sets ~ Mountain Air, Beautiful World
Other Supplies ~ Majestic Mountains Dies, Layering Ovals Dies, Subtle Embossing Folder, White Embossing Powder

I hope you have a wonderful weekend!

Happy Stamping!

Merry Christmoose ~ HSSIC352

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas...both outside and in my craftroom!  I am currently enjoying some time on the Oregon Coast, where we have been blessed with a few beautiful days, but we are getting snow back in my hometown.  If it's going to snow before Thanksgiving, then Christmas creating and decorating is going to happen before as well!

This week'sHand Stamped Sentiments Inspiration Challenge has that fun farmhouse feel to it...my favorite!  I love all things buffalo check!

I missed out on getting the Merry Moose stamp set and coordinating punch last year, but I could not resist him this year!  I love that adorable moose and he pairs up so well with the Buffalo Check background stamp.

No description available.

I stamped the Buffalo Check in black on the cheery Real Red, then roughed up the edges and layered it on top of a roughed up Mossy Meadow.  Next, I stamped a background of pine trees in Mossy Meadow on Crumb Cake, then added a die cut circle with one simple pine tree and the adorable sentiment.  You can't have a Merry Christmoose without a moose, right?!?! I stamped the handsome guy in black on Crumb Cake and layered him on top of everything else.

No description available.

I finished the card off with some of my favorite Red Linen Braided Trim.  I won't tell you how many spools of this I recently purchased...but I'm pretty sure I won't run out this season!  I hope we see more of this in other colors!

Supplies Used:

Paper~ Crumb Cake, Mossy Meadow, Real Red, Whisper White
Ink ~ Mossy Meadow, Real Red, Memento
Stamp Sets ~ Merry Moose, Buffalo Check Background
Other Supplies ~ Layering Circles Dies, Moose Punch, Real Red Braided Linen Thread

Thanks for stopping by today!  I hope you'll play along with our Inspiration Challenge this week. We love to see what you create!

Happy Stamping!

Heartwarming Hugs for You ~ Monday Montage

Welcome to an all new Monday Montage Blog Hop!  You won't want to miss a single creation from this amazing group of stampers!

I'll admit...I was feeling a little down last week and totally missing out on seeing all of my stampin' friends at OnStage.  When I found out that OnStage was going to be virtual and I wasn't going to be able to go to SLC, I booked a house in Pacific City and invited our very own Wendy Weixler to join me!  We may have missed out on OnStage, but we are living the beach life and loving it right now!

Along with feeling a little down, I was also in a bit of a stamping slump.  When that happens, I always turn to the catalog for some inspiration or to just simply CASE something that I love.  I love the Heartwarming Hugs Suite and the samples in the mini catalog were just the CASEing inspiration I needed!

No description available.
I have had a stash of the Mini Paper Pumpkin boxes sitting in my craft room for months and decided it was finally time to put them to use!  I dressed it up in a pretty pattern of Heartwarming Hugs DSP, some Real Red Braided Linen Thread and a fun little Gold Hoop wreath with a sweet little sentiment.  A little tiny Warm Hugs Christmas tree was the perfect little addition!
No description available.
Next up is a sweet and simple card that was created in a jiffy, thanks to the handy-dandy Stamparatus.  I was able to stamp the NOEL sentiment on the banner, layer it up with a few patterns of Heartwarming Hugs DSP and wrapped it all up with the Real Red Braided Linen Thread.  I added a glittery Glitter Star Ornament and a few Clear Epoxy Droplets and called it good!

Supplies Used:
Paper ~ Real Red, Mossy Meadow, Pear Pizzazz, Heartwarming Hugs DSP
Ink ~ Mossy Meadow, Pear Pizzazz
Stamp Sets ~ Wrapped In Christmas, Warm Hugs
Other Supplies ~ Warm Wraps Dies, Real Red Braided Linen Trim, Gold Hoops, Glitter Star Ornaments, Frosted & Clear Epoxy Droplets, Wonderful Gems, Mini Paper Pumpkin Box

Wendy and I, along with my little side-kick Owen, still have 2 more full days on the Oregon Coast and I can't wait to see what kind of fun comes our way!

Thanks for stopping by today!  Now, on to the next stop on the hop!
