Happy Monday!!! I hope you all had a wonderful 4th of July weekend! I know my family did :-) From our annual neighborhood 4th of July parade, to fireworks and a day at the pool, I was very thankful for the long weekend and an extra day to rest, especially since I have another sort week at work this week. A short week means working extra hard to get everything caught up, but it also means I start my vacation at the end of the week and will be heading to SLC a week from tomorrow to see all of my Stampin' friends! I.am.so.EXCITED!!!
I'm super excited to see many of the fabulous SSInk ladies during Convention too...it will the first time meeting for some of us. SQUEAL!!! Speaking of SSInk, check out this months color challenge:
Supplies Used:
Paper ~ Sahara Sand, Real Red, Tempting Turquoise, Whisper White, Brights DSP
Ink ~ Sahara Sand, Real Red, Tempting Turquoise
Stamp Sets ~ Pictogram Punches, Be the Star, Positively Chevron
Other Supplies ~ Oval Framelits, Itty Bitty Accents Punch, Real Red Cotton Ribbon
I couldn't help but go with a patriotic theme with these colors! I practiced my sewing skills on this card too...I'm a little less intimidated each time I do it!
Be sure to check out all of the other color challenge creations and please join in the fun and play along!
In addition to getting all caught up with work, we're preparing for my brother-in-laws wedding this coming Saturday and I have GOT to get BUSY with my Convention swaps! So, if you don't hear much from me this week, you'll know why :-)
Happy Stamping!
What a fun card! I love the star banner across the bottom!!
