Hearts a Flutter LOVE ~ HSS 150

Now that Christmas is over and we've kicked off the New Year, I'm in full on Valentine card creations!  I absolutely love the new Hearts a Flutter bundle in the new Spring Catalog, which by the way goes live tomorrow, January 3rd.  The color challenge over at Hand Stamped Sentiments this week is so perfect for this set!

Don't you love these colors?

 Supplies Used:

Paper ~ Basic Black, Whisper White, Primrose Petals, Pool Party

Ink ~ Black StazOn, Primrose Petals, Pool Party, Whisper White Craft

Stamp Sets ~ Seasonal Sayings (2012 Holiday Catalog), Hearts a Flutter (2013 Spring Catalog), Tiny Tags

Other Supplies ~ Hearts a Flutter Framelits, Jewelry Tag Punch, Small Heart Punch, Owl Punch, Whisper White Bakers Twine, Paper Doilies (2013 Spring Catalog)

I had a lot of fun creating this card!  So much fun that I created a few more using the same supplies and colors...just switched up the layout :)

Happy Stamping!

Thanks is for Giving

Just when I thought my fall crafting mojo was gone, something hit me and I managed to cranked out a few more Thanksgiving cards tonight.  Love it when that happens!  The layout of this card is brought to you by the great sketch over at Try Stampin' on Tuesday.  Love this clean and simple design!

Supplies Used:

Paper ~ Early Espresso, Very Vanilla, Orchard Harvest DSP

Ink ~ Island Indigo, Lucky Limeade, More Mustard, Early Espresso

Stamp Sets ~ French Foliage, Seasonal Sayings

Other Supplies ~ Finishing Touches Edgelits, Island Indigo Ruffled Ribbon, Early Espresso Stitched Grosgrain Ribbon, Designer Ribbon Slides

This card is also being entered over at The Friday Mashup where their latest challenge is A Thankful Fall...create a project with leaves or a project saying Thank You.  Or "Mash It Up" and create a "Thank you project with Leaves".  Guess I mashed this one up :)

Thanks is most definitely for giving!  Be sure to give thanks this Thanksgiving for all you have in your life.

Happy Stamping!

Christmas Banners

Happy Monday!  Did you know there are only 99 days left until Christmas? How crazy is that?!?  Time for me to get in gear and get some Christmas cards made so they are all done when it comes time to get them in the mail :)

Banners are so "in" right now in the world of card making and I love them!  So many different things you do with them to give your card just the right added touch.  And if you haven't guessed, I am in love with the Christmas stamp from the Seasonal Sayings set...I have used it on so many different Christmas cards!

Sorry the quality of this picture isn't great.  My patch cord for my camera broke, so I'm having to use my phone for now.  Works in a pinch, right?

So, after I put this card all together, I realized that Raspberry Ripple wasn't one of the colors that coordinated with the cute Snow Festival DSP, but I went with it anyway (and tried not to freak out about it!).

Supplies Used:

Paper ~ Raspberry Ripple, Whisper White, Snow Festival DSP

Ink ~ Raspberry Ripple

Stamp Sets ~ Seasonal Sayings, Merry Minis

Other Supplies ~ Merry Minis Punch Pack, Whisper White Bakers Twine, Mini Brads

Very CAS card, but lots of fun, bright colors for the holiday!

Back to work I go...MUST FINISH MY SWAPS for Tacoma Regional!

Happy Stamping!
