Petal Potpourri Soiree

Happy Thursday friends!  I'm playing with a new {to me} stamp set...Petal Potpourri.  Even though I have more flower stamp sets than I know what to do with, I just had to have this AND the coordinating punch.  Pairing these stamps up with Gold Soriee made for the perfect Easter card.
Be sure to check out some other INKspiring ideas with this stamp set over at Stylin' Stampin' INKspiration.
Supplies Used:
Paper ~ Calypso Coral, Whisper White, Crisp Cantaloupe, Garden Green, Gold Soriee
Ink ~ Crisp Cantaloupe, VersaMark
Stamp Sets ~ Petal Potpourri, Indescribable Gift
Other Supplies ~ 2-1/2" Circle Punch, Flower Medallion Punch, Pistachio Pudding Thick Bakers Twine, White and Calypso Coral Embossing Powder

I had totally forgot that we had Calypso Coral embossing powder...how could I forget this?!?!?  I have a love hate relationship with the whole embossing process, but I LOVE the end result!!

Thanks for stopping by today!

Happy Stamping!

Sharing in the Joy

Whew...made it to Wednesday!  Not only are we half way through the week, but it's also time for an all new Freshly Made Sketches sketch, and Amy has a simple sketch that has a lot of room to play.
I kept my card pretty simple and CASE'd the card from the 2015 Occasions Catalog on page 34.  I love this stamp set and yes, I did use the Blendabilties on it...I just can't let them go yet!
Supplies Used:
Paper ~ Crumb Cake, Blushing Bride, Very Vanilla
Ink ~ Crumb Cake, Blushing Bride, Wild Wasabi, Memento
Stamp Set ~ Indescribable Gift
Other Supplies ~ Very Vintage Designer Buttons, Linen Thread

It's another dreary, rainy day here, so I spent my lunch hour coloring these pretty flowers instead of walking my dog...she's been giving me the evil eye ever since!  I hope the weather clears up soon so I can take her after work...there will be a new hole in our yard if I don't!

Hope your day is full of sunshine!!

Happy Stamping!
