#TGIFC102 - Color Challenge!

Happy Friday stamping friends!

It's time for an all new TGIF Challenge and this week we have a pretty color challenge for you!
No automatic alt text available.
Given the fact that I seem to be running behind in every aspect of life at the moment, I decided to get a head start on my Mother's Day cards now so I'm not scrambling a day or two before to get them done and mailed out!
The Succulent Garden suite is perfect for this color challenge and made for a pretty Mother's Day card.
Supplies Used:
Paper ~ Whisper White, Tip Top Taupe, Succulent Garden DSP
Ink ~ Sweet Sugarplum, Tip Top Taupe, Mint Macaron
Stamp Set ~ Oh So Succulent
Other Supplies ~ Layering Circles Framelits, Succulents Framelits Dies, Lace Doilies

I absolutely LOVE this suite and hope it is here to stay!

Be sure to check out the rest of the design team creations and don't forget to play along with us!

Simple Succulent Love Story

We're back with day 3 of the 2017 Occasions Catalog!

The SSINK Design Team has some beautiful creations to share with you today using the Succulent Garden Suite.

I'm not usually excited for many flower stamp sets, but this one caught my eye right and away and I HAD to have it!  Not only are the stamps pretty, but the coordinating framelits are awesome!

Supplies Used:
Paper ~ Whisper White
Ink ~ Bermuda Bay, Old Olive, Calypso Coral, Smoky Slate
Stamp Set ~ Oh So Succulent
Other Supplies ~ Succulent Framelits, Rhinestone Basic Jewels, Hexagon Dynamic Textured Impressions EF

I very lightly inked up the Hexagon embossing folder with Smoky Slate to create a subtle background.  I was just what I needed to break up some of the white.  Have you tried inking up your embossing folders to create your own unique back ground?

Thanks for stopping by today!  Just a couple more days and the Occasions Catalog will be LIVE and ready for you to order your crafting heart out!

Happy Stamping!

Oh So Succulent Birthday

Happy Tuesday stamping friends!

I hope you all had an amazing Christmas!  We had a weekend full of Chritmas celebrations with family and friends...it was the BEST!  But I was exhausted yesterday and was so grateful for an extra day off.  After de-Christmas-ing my house, I spent most of the afternoon in my craft room creating away.  Just what I needed after a full weekend and a busy work week ahead!

It's time for a new sketch challenge over at Hand Stamped Sentiments.  I have some birthday's coming up, so I thought I'd get a head start on some of the cards that I'll be sending out soon.  The Oh So Succulent bundle is a great set and so versatile.  I made for a beautiful birthday card.

I love the colors in the Succulent Garden DSP.  The are so soft and sweet!
Supplies Used:
Paper ~ Sweet Sugarplum, Mint Macaron, Whisper White
Ink ~ Sweet Sugarplum, Mint Macaron, Old Olive
Stamp Set ~ Oh So Succulent
Other Supplies ~ Succulent Framelits

I kept this card really simple, which is often hard for me to do!  I love the panel of DSP...it gives just the right splash of color!

Thanks for stopping by today!

I have had a bit of an obsession with succulents this year and I was SO SUPER excited to see the beautiful Oh So Succulent stamp set and coordinating Framlits.  Those were a MUST have for me and they happily made their way into my craft room this week.  I could not wait to get my hands on the framlits as I had an idea brewing in my head and I couldn't wait to me idea a reality!

Supplies Used:
Paper ~ Pear Pizzazz, Old Olive, Mint Macaron, Gold Foil

Ink ~ White Craft, Tip Top Taupe, Perfect Plum
Stamp Set ~ Oh So Succulent
Other Supplies ~ Succulent Framelits

The little berries were from a stash of Christmas flowers I found in our Christmas decorations and set aside....I'm glad I did because they were the perfect little addition to this cute little tree!

I lost count of how many pieces I cut out with my trusty Big Shot, but I had a super cute helper in the process!  He was pretty sad when the project was done, but very proud that he got to help!

We'll be taking a little break to enjoy the holidays with our family and friends, but we will be back after the New Year, ready to amazing you with all of our creations!

Happy Holidays to all of my stamping friends and as always...

Happy Stamping!

Next stop on the hop is Cathy...I can't wait to see what she has for us this week! Or if you want to hop backwards, you can hop on back to the amazing Amy...I just love her style!
