Delightful Mixed Floral Wishes

This weeks Hand Stamped Sentiments Inspiration Challenge is FULL of so much beautiful inspiration!  From beautiful colors to gorgeous photos, there are so many possibilities!

I was drawn to the floral images and shades of pinks and purples...take a look!

I opted for a Fresh Freesia card base, with some Petunia Pop and Bubble Bath accent layers.  I embossed the Fresh Freesia card front with the Exposed Brick 3D embossing folder. I stamped an Elements of Text image in Petunia Pop on a piece of Basic White, tearing the edge to add a bit more texture.

Delightful Wishes helped to create the perfect sentiment to go along with the Mixed Florals flowers.  With all of the layers and textures, no extra embellishments were needed!

Join in the fun and play along with us this week!

Happy Stamping!

Thoughtful Mail It Monday

It's Mail It Monday!!  Join us over on Instagram to see what everyone is mailing out today!

I'm mailing out this Textured Notes beauty today and playing along with this month's  #CreativeChallengeSU. Secret Sea has quickly become my favorite new In Color...my apologies in advance for using it all the time!

Also inspired by the latest Freshly Made Sketches challenge...I just went with a standard card rather than a square.
Elements of Text created the perfect background for the bright foliage in shades of Coastal Cabana and Lemon Lime Twist.
I added a pop of pink with a Strawberry Slush sentiment and a few In Color Flat Pearls.  Loving this color combo!

Happy Stamping!

Lovely & Sweet Sketch - Around the World on Wednesday Blog Hop

Welcome to the February edition of Around the World On Wednesday!  This month we are sharing our creative inspiration in the form of a sketch.  Be sure to hop all the way through to see all of the beautiful interpretations.  Didn't you love Theresa's project?

May be a graphic of text
I used the Petal Pink striped pattern of Mixed Media DSP for the stripe portion of the sketch to get the creativity flowing. I always love any paper with stripes!  This was layered on a Basic Beige card front stamped with a little Petal Pink splatter then embossed with the Exposed Brick embossing folder.  I used the Spotlight on Nature dies for the Basic White circle along with Elements of Text stamp set to add just a bit of Granny Apple Green.

I stamped the beautiful almond tree branch from Lovely & Sweet in Memento, coloring the image in shades of Granny Apple Green, Petal Pink and Crumb Cake.

The sweet sentiment was stamped in Petal Pink on Basic Beige with some Petal Pink Diagonal Trim tucked behind.  I cut the ribbon into strips to make it a bit more dainty and delicate. A few gold Low Profile Dots added just the right amount of shimmer.

Want in on a funny little secret about this card?  After completing it, I picked it up to get ready to take photos only to realize I had adhered it to the card base upside down!  I know I'm not the only one who has made this mistake, right?!?

Keep on hopping along to see what Lori Willcox has to share with us!  See the full hop lineup below.
