I've been so busy working on Halloween and other fall and winter creations that I've fallen behind on getting some birthday cards made.  I thought these colors would be great for a blue marlin birthday card!

Ink ~ Mint Macaron, Emerald Envy, Dapper Denim, Basic Black
Stamp Sets ~ From Land to Sea, Feather Together
Other Supplies ~ Swirly Scribbles Thinlits, Tags & Labels Framelits

I pulled some inspiration from Fab Friday thanks to their awesome sketch!

Be sure to check out both of these great challenges and play along!

Something Old, Something New

Happy Wednesday stampers!

Did you all get a chance to view the new Occasions and Sale-a-Bration catalogs?  Is your wish list as long as mine is?!?!  I LOVE so many of the awesome new products!

The team over at SSINK thought it would be fun to mix some of the new products with old products today and I have mixed in a little bit of everything!  Something from the main catalog, something from the Occasions AND something from Sale-A-Bration!

I have to give credit to the amazing Amy Koenders as I CASE'd one of her  cards that I feel in love with!  I LOVE the beach and am fascinated by lighthouses!
Supplies Used:
Paper ~ Sahara Sand, Whisper White, Perfectly Artistic DPS
Ink ~ Basic Black, Sahara Sand, Real Red
Stamp Sets ~ From Land to Sea, Going Global
Other Supplies ~ Circle Framelits, Large Numbers Framelits, World Traveler Embossing Folder, Hearth and Home Thinlits, Linen Thread, White Perfect Accents

My dad loves the beach as much as I do, so this was created with him in mind as he celebrated his birthday yesterday.  Happy Birthday Dad!

Isn't that DSP PERFECT for this card?  The soft swirls reminds me of the ocean!

Happy Stamping!

From Land to Sea ~ SSINK May 2015 Blog Hop

Welcome to an all new SSINK Blog Hop!  With Father's Day right around the corner, we thought it would be fun to INKspire you with some masculine creations this month!

As you hop along, please be sure to comment and show some love on every blog! We are always excited to hear from our followers! You should have just left stop number FOUR on the Stylin' Stampin' INKspiration Blog Hop - Jenny at Jenny G Paper Crafts. If so, you are in the right spot. If a link doesn't work or you get off track, you will find the full blog hop lineup below.
I love all things about the beach and could not resist From Land to Sea.  The sea turtles and lighthouse were a must have for me!
As much as I miss my Blendabilities, I will admit I really enjoyed coloring these turtles with my Blender Pens.  Tip Top Taupe and Mint Macaron were the perfect color for these guys!  Even with a little bit of lace, these still have a masculine feel and would be perfect for any guy!

Using Work of Art behind the lighthouse was one of those ideas that came to me in the middle of the night...my wheels never stop turning.  I've got a bad case of Craft-somnia :-)  The swooshes of color mimic the sand, sea and sky...perfect backdrop for a lighthouse!
Supplies Used:
Paper ~ Tip Top Taupe, Sahara Sand, Whisper White, Typeset DSP
Ink ~ Memento, Soft Sky, Mint Macaron, Sahara Sand, Tip Top Taupe, Memento
Stamp Sets ~ From Land to see, Work of Art, Something to Say
Other Supplies ~ Mint Macaron Lace Trim, Chevron Ribbon, Line Thread

Now it's time to hop on over to the INKspiring Donna at Organized Chaos.
