This weeks Freshly Made Sketches sketch was perfect for Day 10 of the 12 Days Crafting Advent Calendar.  Today's surprise was some sweet loose sequins that were perfect for a shaker card!

The circle die from the Ornamental Christmas dies was just the right size to play along with the sketch.  And the pretty floral images from the 12 days of Crafting Advent Calendar stamp set framed the circle so sweetly.

The Party Banner dies were just right for the sentiment, wrapped in the Flirty Flamingo bakers twine from Day 8.

Welcome to the last Hand Stamped Sentiments Challenge of 2025.  We have a festive color challenge for you to help wrap up your holiday creating!

I had a special request for a card from a friend and this challenge provided the perfect inspiration.  She needed a Christmas card for her sweet great nephew, who loves the color red.  What's better than a tasty gingerbread cookie and a pepper-minty candy cane?!?

I'm loving the Basic Beige and Shaded spruce hat on this little guy...so dapper!

Traditional Season Greetings

Welcome to an all new Hand Stamped Sentiments Inspiration Challenge.  This one is perfect as we make our way into the wintery Christmas season!

I was drawn to the plaid and greenery in the photos and went with the Traditions of Christmas suite to play along today.

I love this plaid pattern of the Traditions of Christmas DSP, especially with a bold Secret Sea card base.  A few die cut pieces of holiday greenery and a whimsical sentiment made for a simple yet beautiful holiday greeting!

Welcome to an all new Hand Stamped Sentiments Sketch Challenge!  I LOVE this sketch...plan on seeing a few more cards with this one!

I played with the new Swirled Designs bundle to create this bright and cheerful birthday card for my son's girlfriend.

Berry Burst, Balmy Blue and Daffodil Delight with a few pops of Basic Black are awesome together!  I love all of the little subtle detail stamped images in this stamp set and the dies are just plain awesome.

Traditions of Christmas

Happy Friday and welcome to the latest TGIF Challenges Color Challenge!

I've been in Christmas crafting mode this week, so I thought I would continue using these beautiful colors for a bit of a more non-traditional Christmas card.

I stamped this gorgeous Christmas Greenery image in Crumb Cake, stamping the poinsettia in Calypso Coral and the leaves in Old Olive...stamped off for a softer look.

The Beautiful Bokeh DSP die cut with the Textured Notes Dies added a bit more color, along with a few Christmas Greenery die cut greenery.

The Pressed Flowers embossing folder added just the right amount of texture and the Traditional Labels sentiment was the perfect finishing touch!

It's the most festive and crafty time of year!  The 30 Day Christmas Card Making Challenge is back in full swing and I'm having so much fun playing along!  Join along in the fun...you'll have so much fun AND 30 Christmas cards ready to mail out on December 1st. 

Day 5 was a color challenge...one of my favorite challenges!  I used Poppy Parade, Mossy Meadow and Soft Sea Foam to play along.

The latest Freshly Made Sketches sketch challenge gave me the perfect opportunity to use some of the beautiful Christmas Greenery Dies and Traditional Wreath 3D embossing folder.  And thanks to this joyous die from the Abundant Joy dies (Paper Pumpkin add-on dies), there was no stamping required!

Holiday Love & Joy

Welcome to an all new Hand Stamped Sentiments Color Challenge!  I absolutely love any color combination that includes Secret Sea, no matter how much or little is used!

I also love it when cards come together super fast like this one did!  The only stamping involved is the sentiment.  Traditions of Christmas is the most beautiful paper this holiday season.  I can't wait for it to become available again soon so I can scoop up another package.

Do you spy the Traditional Treat Embossing folder in the background.  It adds an absolutely gorgeous layer of texture.

Spooky Sweets

This week's TGIF Challenges Theme Challenge is here just in time to get all of your Halloween treats ready for next week!

I made a super easy pocket treat holder, embellished with the cute little Franken-dog from the Spooky Halloween bundle.

I used the adorable candy pattern of Spooky Sweets DSP for the treat holder and embellished the rest with scraps I had left over from a card class...that's a win in my crafty book!

We Craft Pink In October

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and WE CRAFT IN PINK IN OCTOBER with the 2025 Stampin' Up! Artisan Design Team!  Come hop along with us over on Instagram while we honor all of those that have battled & continue to battle breast cancer.

Two people who are very near and dear to my heart have had to face the battle of breast cancer in the past year.  I am amazed every day at their strength and courage as they walk through this journey.

There isn't anything I can do to make these battles any easier, but I can brighten their day with a card to let them know I am thinking about them!  This first card is being delivered today to my friend who is SO CLOSE to finishing up her treatment...16 rounds of chemo.  Friends don't let friends fight cancer alone...

This next card is also being sent out to an amazing co-worker who I'm honored to call my friend and fellow Stampin' Up! demonstrator.  It's been a little over a year since she received her diagnosis and she wrapped up her treatment a few months ago.  Current scans show she is all clear!!

I'm loving the Bubble Bath and Strawberry Slush color combo use for both cards!  And the Sunflower 3D embossing folder works beautifully with the sunflower image from the Love & Courage stamp set.

Don't forget to schedule your mammogram this year!!

Staying Warm

This weeks Hand Stamped Sentiments Inspiration Challenge has all the warm and cozy feels of fall, with just a touch of spookiness!

Inspired by the cozy sweater and fall leaves, I created this card with the Staying Warm stamp set.

I can imagine being bundled up in this soft sweater, fluffy hat and warm mittens...sitting around an evening bonfire on a crisp fall evening.  Anyone else getting any Gilmore Girl vibes?  IYKYK!

The plaid patterns of Gathering Together DSP makes this even more cozy!

This sentiment from Notes and Totes is perfect for this card!

Branching Out for the Holidays

Happy Friday stampers and welcome to an all new TGIF Challenges Sketch Challenge. What better way to start a project than with a sketch!

I inked up the Branching Out stamp set for the first time for this sketch. The coordinating dies were perfect to play along with the sketch as well.

The Elegant Pine Snowflakes DSP works beautifully with this bundle.  This is one of the things I love most about Stampin' Up...products always seem to coordinate!

I love that the sentiments from this stamp set can be used for all occasions.  The sentiment I used could be for a holiday greeting, a birthday, a just because...the possibilities are endless!

Thankful for Autumn

 

Welcome to the October edition of Around the World on Wednesday!  This month we are CAS(e)ing the fabulous Chris Smith.  Chris loves a good sketch, so we scrolled through all of her beautiful creations to find the perfect card to inspire us.

Fall weather is officially here...cooler mornings followed by warm and sunny afternoons.  I love the first part of fall!  I chose to create with the Amber Autumn bundle for today's hop.

I was inspired by this adorable card that Chris made.  I love the sketch and layers of different paper.

The plaid pattern of Gathering Together DSP, along with the leafy pattern with just the right amount of gold, paired up beautifully with the acorn image.

A little bit of Irregular Weave Trim tied with an Early Espresso Linen bow was the only embellishment needed.

Happy Monday friends!  I hope you all had a fabulous weekend that consisted of stamping in celebration of World Card Making Day.  I had a weekend FULL of stamping, which filled my crafty cup all the way up!

The Party Alphabet dies are the star of the show for this first card, but the adorable I Woof You sentiment and cute dog bones and ball bring everything together for the sweetest pet-friendly card.  

And who doesn't love a fun bandana for their pup?  I went with the same color combo, but let Timid Tiger be the star for this card.  I'm loving it with the little pop of Coastal Cabana and Melon Mambo!

The house is super cool with windows that you can "light up" with some bits and pieces of Daffodil Delight.  And you have to have a full moon and a few bats on Halloween, right?

Winter Scenes Birthday

Welcome to an all new Hand Stamped Sentiments Sketch Challenge!  This sketch was the perfect opportunity to ink up the newly released Winter Scenes stamp set.  Have you seen it yet?!?

Living in a house full of boys who love to hunt, the little scene with the deer had to be the first image I used!  Paired up with the Scenic Adventure dies, it's the perfect masculine birthday card.

The torn edges and wooden pattern of Country Woods DSP make the card just a bit more rugged...I love it!  And I'm loving this Happy Birthday sentiment from Not 29 Anymore.

Piccadilli Players Hop

The Piccadilli Players are back!  Today we are filling your creative hearts with beautiful birthday cards.  Follow along over on Instagram to see what we've created.

I took the gorgeous Christmas Greenery bundle and turned it into Birthday Greenery...take a look!

I pulled out Stampin' Blends in shades of Petunia Pop, Cloud Cover, Soft Sea Foam and Lemon Lime twist for the florals.  Loving this color combo, especially with the Secret Sea card base.  I used the Simply Scored to create the background.  I love what it adds to the card!  The sentiment from Traditional Labels tucked into the floral arrangement perfectly.

Using the same color combo, along with the Patterned Tags dies, this birthday greeting is simply the sweetest!  Little bits of distressed Petunia Pop ribbon and some Secret Sea Flat Pearls were the perfect added touches to this birthday bouquet!

In honor of the first day of Autumn, I'm sharing a very fall-friendly birthday card using the Gathering Moments bundle and With You In Mind stamp set

Inspired by the latest Freshly Made Sketches Challenge, I arranged the falling leaves around the Happy Birthday sentiment.

Mossy Meadow, Old Olive, Lemon Lime Twist, Basic Beige, Pecan Pie and Crumb Cake are the perfect colors as we begin our tumble into fall colors.  Things are still green around my yard, but I know they will be chasing quickly!
