#TGIFC92 ~ Inspired by the amazing Jeanna Bohanon

Hello stampers and TGIF!!!  It's the day of the week we all long for because we know at the end of the day we have the weekend ahead of us and a few days away from the daily grind!

 

Speaking of Friday...TGIF is taking on a whole new meaning for me as I have been asked to be a part of the amazing TGIF Challenges design team!  It is a true honor to be joining a team of such amazing talent!

 

And speaking of amazing talent, my sweet friend Jeanna is in the spotlight today and we are creating based on inspiration from her beautiful creations!

I've followed Jeanna's blog for quite some time now and LOVE her work! 

 

I was drawn to THIS card that Jeanna made a while back for her anniversary...

 

It's been a while since I've inked the Jar of Love set up, so it was due for a little attention.  I added the Friend sentiment in place of the Love sentiment that Jeanna used as this card was sent to pretty lady who celebrated her birthday yesterday!

We made it through Monday, which means we are on to Tuesday and an all new Hand Stamped Sentiments challenge and this week we have a fun sketch!

This card could be used for Valentine's Day or maybe just to brighten up someone's day...everyone always needs a little love sent their way!

Cloud Nine Birthday ~ Monday Montage



Welcome back to Monday Montage!!!  We are back with another fabulous hop!  Make sure you click on the links below so you don't miss any of the creations...you are sure to love them all!

How is everyone doing?!?  Still battling the winter weather or is it warming up for you?  After a crazy ice storm early last week, we are finally starting to warm up and our snow is almost all gone.  All of the melted snow has left us with a soggy, muddy mess of a yard, but I'll take it over the single digit temps and 12+ inches of snow!

The little bit of sunshine we had this weekend had me thinking of warmer weather and blue skies.  While we are still a couple of months away from that, I can at least dream of it with paper and ink!  I absolutely love the hot air balloons in the Life Me Up Bundle, which coordinates perfectly with the Carrie Away DSP in the Sale-A-Bration Catalog!

Watercolor Birthday Blooms

Happy Friday stampers!

 

It's Friday Favorites over at SSINK where we are sharing our favorite creations with the new Stampin' Up! Watercolor Pencils.  I will be honest...I wasn't sure about these pencils when they first came out, but now that I have them and have been using them, I LOVE them!  There is something almost magical about the way they work :)

I pulled out one of my favorite images to color and used this weeks Freshly Made Sketches sketch for a sweet and simple card.
