Cheers to Summer ~HSS263 Inspiration Challenge

Hello stamping friends...happy Tuesday!

Are you all {not so} patiently waiting for summer like I am?  After the horribly long and cold winter we had, I would have been happy to skip all of our cold and rainy spring and jump right in to summer!  Hopefully by the end of the month we'll be hitting some warmer temps and seeing more of the sun!

Until then, how about a little summer fun with the latest Hand Stamped Sentiments Inspiration Challenge?!?

Is your mouth watering?!? The popsicles and ice cream and refreshing fruity drinks and watermelon...I can't wait!  The tasty looking drinks had me inking up my Mixed Drinks stamp set with some fun summer colors!

Father's Day Cheers

Hello happy stampers and helloooooo Friday!

I've been sneaking in a little early morning stamping this week, which has made for one happy {Craft-somnia} Momma!  Our first week of summer break is behind us and we all survived.

The design team over at Stylin' Stampin' INKspiration is having some fun CASEing fellow DT members.  I chose to CASE the amazing Melissa Stout.  I LOVE her adorable sailboat card and the layout of the card is simple yet so stunning!

I chose to CASE the layout of her card, but will be CASEing her entire card too!  It's just too cute!
Supplies Used:
Paper ~ Smoky Slate, Basic Black, Whisper White, Regals DSP
Ink ~ Basic Black, Crushed Curry, Smoky Slate
Stamp Sets ~ Mixed Drinks, Seaside Shores, Labeler Alphabet
Other Supplies ~ Silver Metallic Thread, Smoky Slate 1/8" Stitched Trim

It has been a stressful week with the continued process of selling our house.  The buyers had their home and sewer inspection and we are still awaking the results...the waiting is so hard and stressful!  We are hopeful we will pass this phase and move on to the appraisal so we can move forward in the purchase of our next home.  A few extra prayers would be greatly appreciated if you have a minute :-)

Have a great day and happy stamping!
