#TGIF105 It's Time to CELEBRATE!!

Today is a day for celebrating!  Not only is it Friday, but TGIF Challenges is turning 2 today!!  I was a huge fan of the talented group of designers that started TGIFC and I am beyond honored to be a part of their design team today!  I have been inspired by every single member of this amazing team and continue to be inspired week!

 

So, to honor our birthday, we are celebrating with a party!!  We hope you'll join along in the fun!

Have an Awesome (Boss's) Day

It's finally Friday!!!  It has been a whirlwind sort of week at work for me and I am so happy to see this week come to an end!  But before we wrap up the work week, we are celebrating Boss's Day and I am so very grateful for my boss, especially this week.

This weeks Friday Mashup Challenge is perfect for a fun card for my boss.  Our challenge this week is to make a creation with donuts or baked goods or a creation with a friendship theme...or you can mash them up and have a donut friendship creation!

I knew right away I wanted to pull out this cute donut paper from the Cherry On Top DSP stack.  I added a fun chocolate donut that almost looks good enough to eat!

Wintery Birthday Wishes

Happy Monday friends!!!  I hope you all had a fabulous weekend and got rested up after all of your New Years celebrations!  As much as I love the holidays, I am always a little happy to see them end so my family can all get back on track with our normal routines.

It's the first Monday of the month, which means it's time for a new color challenge over at Stylin' Stampin' INKspiration. I love these colors...perfect for a wintery creation.  And I'm not gonna lie...I kept singing "Let it Go" the whole time I was creating this card...please tell me I'm not alone when you see these colors!

I had so much fun making the first card that I CASE'd myself and made a second!  (I was treated to a whole afternoon in my craftroom on Saturday, so I created my little heart out!)

I used the same supplies for this card, just switched the colors out using Blackberry Bliss, Calypso Coral and Smoky Slate.   Oh, I and I used the Silver Glimmer Paper instead of the Dazzling Diamonds.

Celebrate!

Looking at my birthday calendar for the next few weeks reminded me that a LOT of my friends and family members have birthdays coming up!  I'm not gonna lie...it was fun to take a break from all of my Christmas creating to work on this card and a few others.

Endless {Feathered} Birthday Wishes

I'd like to start this post off with a big shout out to my momma to wish her and my aunt a very Happy 60th Birthday!!!  I think I posted this picture of them last year, but I'm gonna post it again because they are so darn cute :-)

I'm posting this later than normal so my mom didn't snoop and see her birthday card before I had the chance to give it to her tonight when we all get together for a little celebration.

Happy {new catalog} Monday!!!  Are y'all as excited as I am about diving into a box of new catalog goodies?!?!?  My order is all ready to be placed and I hope to have a big ol' box of goodies on my doorstep in just a few days...YIPPEE!!!
