Happy Friday!!!  It's time for an all new TGIF Challenge and we are spotlighting the amazing Elizabeth Price!

I have followed Elizabeth for a long time, and even had the amazing opportunity to be an Artisan Design Team Finalist with her a few years ago.  Her talent blows me away and I can always go to her for inspiration!  I am always drawn to Elizabeth's use of layers and fun embellishments, which is where I drew my inspiration from for today's card.

#TGIFC113 Technique Time - Bokeh

Hello my stampin' friends and happy Friday!

 

Today is my last day of work until the middle of August...I'm so excited to have some time off with my boys!  AND more time to stamp too!

 

I have been sneaking in more and more stamping time, which I am LOVING!  I had time to play along with this weeks TGIF Technique Challenge and had some Bokeh fun.  It's been a while since I've used the Bokeh technique and I forgot how much fun it is!

I started out with some watercolor paper and inked it up with Berry Burst, Lemon Lime Twist and Bermuda Bay, which created kind of a tie-dyed look.  Once it dried, I added the fun Bokeh effect with my white craft ink.

Baseball Birthday ~ Monday Montage



Welcome back to Monday Montage!!!  We are back with another fabulous hop!  Make sure you click on the links below so you don't miss any of the creations...you are sure to love them all!

Baseball season officially ended for our family on Saturday and we are all feeling a little sad.  My boys team made it to the City Tournament for the second year in a row.  They played a hard game on Saturday, but couldn't quite pull off a win.  Third place is still something to be proud of and I am beyond proud of my boys and the positive attitude they had all season long.  We are looking forward to watching the two final teams battle it out tonight and can't wait for the Allstars tournament to start next weekend.

One of my boys' friends had a birthday this weekend, so I threw together a quick birthday card for him...a baseball card, of course!  Thanks to a fun sketch at Freshly Made Sketches, this card was a breeze to put together!

#TGIFC112 Let's Hear It For The Boys

 It's Friday stampin' friends!!!  And that means it's time for an all new TGIF Challenges!!

This week is all about the boys.  Since Father's Day is on Sunday, I decided this would be the perfect time to make a card for my hubby for Father's Day.  I don't think I've ever used the guy image from the Guy Greeting stamp set...he's a little funky looking, but since my hubby has been working so hard at getting back in shape, it seemed like the perfect image for his card!
