TGIF stamping friends!!!

It's been another busy week with an even busier weekend ahead!!  The hubby and I are headed to Spokane for the weekend to run in the 40th Annual Bloomsday 12K run.  This is one of my favorite runs in our area and something I look forward to every year.  The only downfall is that I won't be getting much crafting done...but I'll survive :)

I haven't had a lot of time to blog lately...outside of work, we are living at the baseball field.  By the time we all get home and wrap up the end of day, all I want to do is crawl in to bed!  But, I have still been doing some stamping each morning, which is the only thing that saves my sanity!

This was a quick and simple card that I put together for a friend who requested a birthday card in Miami Dolphin's colors.  The Party Pop-Up Thinlits are so much fun and make for some pretty awesome birthday cards!

Hello stampers and happy Tuesday!

It's Teacher Appreciation time over at SSINK and I have a quick and easy card to share with you today.

My twins have had awesome, A+ teachers this year!!  It has been so great to see them get along so well with their teachers and how much they have helped them excel.  We are all going to be sad when this school year ends :(

Happy Earth Day

Happy Earth Day Stampers!

 

Today we celebrate the 46th anniversary of the very first Earth Day.  In 1970 this day was established, creating a movement to raise awareness and make efforts to protect the Earth. 

 

As a child, I remember planting trees at my elementary school every Earth Day.  I'm thinking today may be a good day to pass that tradition on to my kiddos!

Birthday Balloons

Hello stampers!  We made it through Monday...woohoo!!!

Choose Happy ~ Monday Montage



Welcome back to Monday Montage!!!  We are back with another fabulous hop!  Make sure you click on the links below so you don't miss any of the creations...you are sure to love them all!

So many of my stamping friends spent the past few days in SLC at the OnStage event, getting sneak peeks at the SHINY NEW (and soon to be released) 2016-2017 Catalog.  I missed seeing all of them SO MUCH, but I still had a little fun of my own!  I took a trip to my favorite vacation spot in Pacific City OR...all by myself!  No kids, no hubby, no work...just me, my stamps, the beach and, of course, my puppy Ellie. 
Anyone who has ever traveled with me is well aware that I do not travel without stamping supplies of some sort.  I've had 3 kits sitting in my craft room for months, so I packed them up and brought them with me to put together.  Enjoy The Little Things Project Kit was my favorite and really made me think about my life and what was really important.  All of the sentiments spoke to me and really made me realize that if you "Choose Happy" everything else will fall in to place and life will be good!

This little clipboard is just too cute and all of the interchangeable cards are the best.  From holiday greetings and birthday celebrations to inspiring and motivating sentiments, this home décor item will be up in my house all year round!
