Snow Front Christmas Greeting ~ #HSSSC353

Happy Tuesday friends!  I had the Monday of all Monday's yesterday, so I am SUPER happy that we are on to Tuesday and an all new Hand Stamped Sentiments sketch challenge!

This sketch was just the inspiration I needed to create a design for a custom Christmas card order!  This is such a great sketch!

I dusted off my Snow Front stamp set and created a wintery scene on the tag that went along perfectly with the Birch background stamp.  It's always fun to create with this stamp set...Every scene is just a little different, no matter how many duplicates you create!  I pulled out a few retired items as well...I love Cherry Cobbler Diagonal Stripe Ribbon and may have hoarded a few spools of it last year.  And the Merry Christmas dies are just too pretty not to keep on using!

Supplies Used:
Paper ~ Garden Green, Cherry Cobbler, Crumb Cake, Very Vanilla
Ink ~ Garden Green, Cherry Cobbler, Gray Granite, Early Espresso
Stamp Sets ~ Snow Front, Perfectly Plaid
Other Supplies ~ Stitched Nested Labels Dies, Merry Christmas Dies, Cherry Cobbler Diagonal Striped Ribbon, Linen Thread

Thank you for stopping by today! I hope you have a terrific Tuesday!

Happy Stamping!

Forever Fern Christmas ~ HSSSC#350

Happy Tuesday stampin' friends!  We are {almost} already halfway through the month...I can't believe it!  This Tuesday brings an all new Hand Stamped Sentiments Sketch Challenge and it's a fun tall and skinny card.  I hope you'll join along in the fun with us!

I recently purchased the Forever Greenery Suite and have had a Christmas card in mind ever since I received it.  Today's sketch was the perfect opportunity!

I stamped a few random leaves in Shaded Spruce on a strip of Whisper White.  I then layered these on top of a piece of Shaded Spruce, on top of a Real Red card base.  The Gold Hoop Embellishments went along perfectly with the sketch!  I added a few sprigs of greenery and some cheerful red behind the hoop, then added some stamped and die cut leaves and "berries" in shades of Shaded Spruce, Pretty Peacock and Real Red.

I finished the card off with some of the gold Forever Greenery Trim and a heat embossed {and fussy cut} sentiment from the Perfectly Plaid stamp set.

Supplies Used:
Paper ~ Real Red, Shaded Spruce, Whisper White
Ink ~ VersaMark, Real Red, Pretty Peacock, Shaded Spruce
Stamp Sets ~ Forever Fern, Perfectly Plaid
Other Supplies ~ Gold Hoops Embellishments, Forever Greenery Trim Combo Pack, Forever Flourishing Dies, White Embossing Powder

Can I let you in on a little secret?!?  This is my first tall and skinny card!  I've seen so many fun cards made in this format, so I'm not sure what took me so long to jump in.  I love how cute these are and are perfect for little stocking stuffer cards!

Thank you for stopping by today!

Happy Stamping!

Creativity Wrapped In Plaid

Oh my goodness!!!  The back to school craziness has hit hard and I don't even know what day it is!  But I do know that the 2019 Stampin' Up! Holiday Catalog is now live and creativity is calling your name!  HOORAY!!
This catalog is FULL of everything you need for ALL of your holiday creating! You can take a peek at everything online or you can contact me for your very own copy of the catalog!

You will find one of my favorites, Wrapped in Plaid Suit, on pages 12-14 in the Holiday Catalog.  This suite is so adorable and SO MUCH FUN!
I'm a sucker for anything plaid, so this was one of the first bundles to jump in my cart!  And since SU is genius and allows you to purchase the entire suite as a bundle, you not only get the stamp set and punch, but you also get the DSP, beautiful ribbon, super cute little bell embellishments and beautiful Gold Mini Pizza boxes.  Everything you need for some fabulous Christmas Cards, tags and treat boxes!

Today's card features the Wrapped in Plaid DSP, Perfectly Plaid Stamp Set, Pine Tree Punch and the cute little Jingle Bells.  I love the little bits of gold foil in the DSP!
Supplies Used:
Paper ~ Night of Navy, Whisper White, Shaded Spruce, Gold Foil, Gold Glimmer, Wrapped in Plaid DSP
Ink ~ Shaded Spruce, Night of Navy
Stamp Set ~ Perfectly Plaid
Other Supplies ~ Pine Tree Punch, Laying Ovals Dies, Jingle Bells, Whisper White  Bakers Twine, Twinkle Builder Punch

I'm getting ready to place another order from the Holiday Catalog...SHHHH...don't tell my husband!  So you'll be seeing a few more fun projects in the coming weeks!
