Hand Stamped Sentiments Color Challenge #273

Hello happy stampers and welcome to Tuesday!

 

Fall is here for sure in my part of the world and we have a beautiful color challenge over at Hand Stamped Sentiments that is perfect for some warm fall creations!

 

I created a quick and easy background using some of the circular stamps from the Paisleys and Posies stamp sets.  Add a simple sentiment and a few extra scraps and voila...my card is complete!  I love it when a card comes together so quickly!

These are not colors I usually use together, but you can bet I will be again soon!  I love this color combination!

Paisley Birthday ~ HSSCC270

 Happy Tuesday stampers!  How is everyone's week going so far?  I'm wrapping up my last week of summer break before I head back to work on Monday.  As always, summer has gone too fast, but I have a great summer off with my family doing lots of fun things!  I'm not quite ready for the summer fun to end, but I am looking forward to getting back in to my work routine!

We've got some fun summery colors for you to play with in the latest Hand Stamped Sentiements Color Challenge. 

 

Paisley prints seem to be big right now, which is what inspired my card today.  I tend to look at Paisleys and Posies as a fall stamp set, but simply changing up the colors makes for a fun summer birthday card!

I've been on kind of a simple kick lately with my creations.  Sometimes going back to basics helps me get the creative juices flowing for more creative projects!  Hopefully more creativity will be flowing soon!

Thankful, Grateful, Blessed

Happy Thanksgiving friends!

 

As I sit here early this morning while the rest of my family still sleeps, I am reflecting back on all that has happened in our lives this year and just how truly blessed we all are.  Our lives may be crazy at times, but it's our crazy and I love it!

We got our family pictures back a few weeks ago and I knew I wanted to do a few scrapbook pages with some of the pictures.  My plan is to frame them and hang them up in my office once we get it painted...which will hopefully happen after the holidays!

 

This was one of my favorites, especially since it was in our very own front yard.

I love the copper foil in this DSP...it is simply stunning!

 

Looking at my sweet family in our yard makes my heart so incredibly happy!  Having the opportunity to moved to our new home with the surrounding property is a blessing to all of us and I look forward to the many years of memories to be made!
