Incredible Like You - Occasions Catalog Sneak Peek

Hello stamping friends! I'm back from sunny Orlando in freezing Walla Walla!  I had high hopes of posting while I was at OnStage, but due to the fact that I was having too much fun, it didn't happen.  I hope you'll forgive me!

I am still riding on an OnStage high after spending 4 amazing days with so many of my Stampin' Up! friends, old and new, and filling my creative mind with so many new ideas to share with all of you. Stampin' Up! spoiled us with some awesome prize patrol giveaways and I'm sharing one of my favorite stamp sets from the upcoming Occasions Catalog.  The Incredible Like You stamp set pairs with a beautiful project kit that I can't wait to get my hands on!  Until then, I will share what I've made with the stamp set.
Supplies Used:
Paper ~ Whisper White, Basic Black, Gold Glimmer
Ink ~ Lovely Lipstick, Granny Apple Green, Grapefruit Grove, Coastal Cabana, Memento
Stamp Set ~ Incredible Like You
Other Supplies ~ Celebrate You Thinlits, Everyday Label Punch, Gold Metallic Thread, Gold Metallic Pearls

Incredible Like You is a Two-Step stamp set that you are sure to love!  The images are beautiful and the sentiments are so good!

I have my pre-order box coming a bit later this week...stay tuned for some more sneak peeks over the next couple of weeks.  Don't worry, I promise to have some Christmas creations in there for you too!

Have a terrific Tuesday!

Happy Stamping!

Celebrate

Today is a day to CELEBRATE!!  It's the last day of school for my kiddos and summer break is officially under way.  I came home from work to find my boys and a couple of their friends having popsicles on the back porch and making plans to head to the pool tomorrow afternoon. I can't wait to join them after my last day next Friday!

This weeks Freshly Made Sketches challenge inspired a fun end of the year celebration card!
I pulled out my Brusho to create a colorful background...I love this stuff!  I cut out and layered a few "Celebrate" and coated them in glue with the Fine Tip Glue Pen to give it a fun, glossy look.
Supplies Used:
Paper ~ Whisper White, Basic Black, Watercolor Paper
Ink ~ Brusho
Other Supplies ~ Silver Metallic Thread, Celebrate You Thinlits, Starburst Punch, Clear Rhinestones

One thing we are NOT celebrating is the fact that one of the boys likely has Mono :-(  Not a great way to kick off summer!  I am hopeful that a few mornings of sleeping in and lots of fluids will kick it quickly and doesn't get too run down!

I hope you're having a great week!

Happy Stamping!

Fresly Made Celebration

Happy Monday stamping friends!!!

I have been so wrapped up in creating for OnStage and have not had much time for much else.  But...thank you to my new job, which I LOVE, I have spring break off for the first time EVER since having kiddos :-)  So that means I have lots of extra time...until Thursday morning when I fly out to Las Vegas for OnStage!!!

What better way to kick off my week than playing along with this fun sketch from Freshly Made Sketches.
Not only was I inspired by this sketch, but also by the amazing Krista Frattin.  I love her style!  Why have I not used more of the Tutti Frutti DSP?!?!  The colors are so bright and colorful! And it includes my FAVORITE color...Lemon Lime Twist!
Supplies Used:
Paper ~ Lemon Lime Twist, Rich Razzleberry, Basic Black, Pool Party, Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper, Tutti Frutti DSP
Other Supplies ~ Starburst Punch, Stitched Shapes Framelits, Mini Treatbag Thinlits, Celebrate You Thinlits, Silver Metallic Thread, Metallic Enamel Shapes

Did you notice that no stamps or ink were used on this card?  I love that Stampin' Up has so many great dies and punches that allow you to create without stamps and ink!

Thanks for stopping by today!  I hope to be sharing a bit more this week since I have some extra time :-)  But I also have a TON of yard work to get done too.  Yard work or stamping...which sounds like more fun?!?!

Happy Stamping!
