Grateful Acorns

Good Thursday morning stampers!

 

I could not sleep last night, which means I was up even earlier than normal, which means I had a little extra stamping time before starting work...I'll take it!

 

I saw the latest TGIF Challenges sketch last night and just had to play along.  Maybe that's why I couldn't sleep...craft-somnia!

 

I haven't made many Thankful/Grateful cards this season...it's never too late to start, right?!?  I went to my favorite thank you stamp set for today's card - Acorny Thank You.  It will be a super sad day for me when this set retires.  I love the acorns and the coordinating punch!

Watercolor Birthday Wishes

Happy Wednesday stampers!  We're half way through the week and just a little over a week away from Thanksgiving...craziness!  I just need to make it through this week and then we'll be off to the coast for a mini vacation for the Thanksgiving holiday.  I can't wait!

 

My birthday card stash is getting super low, so I took a little break from holiday creating and made a couple of birthday cards.  I totally fell behind on my bringing birthday's back cards when we moved and I really need to get caught back up!  My apologies to those who didn't get their card from me yet!

I think this may be the first time I've ever used the Sweet Sugarplum ink...I don't know why I way waited so long because it is so pretty! And Emerald Envy is my new favorite green!

Christmas Wishes ~ HSSSC 251

Happy Tuesday stamping friends!  Are you as happy as I am to be done with Monday?  It's always a good feeling to have a Monday behind me, especially when I have a Hand Stamped Sentiments Challenge to look forward to.

This week we have a new sketch for you to play along with and I can't wait to see what everyone creates!

 

 I strayed away from the sketch a little bit with my sentiment, but I think I will be forgiven!
Again, I pulled out some of my neglected stamps and paper for this card.  I forgot just how pretty This Christmas Specialty DSP is!

Merry Little Raccoon ~ Monday Montage



Welcome back to Monday Montage!!!  We are back with another fabulous hop!  Make sure you click on the links below so you don't miss any of the creations...you are sure to love them all!

I hope you all had a fantastic weekend!  My family had a productive Saturday, including a fun evening with friends and a sleep over for the kiddos, which meant we had a quiet and mellow Sunday.  I love weekends like this, even though they always go by way too fast!  While my boys had some quiet time and watched a movie, I spent some time in my craft room playing with stamps, paper and ink.  Perfect day for all of us :-)

I pulled out some older stamp sets and paired them up with some newer ones for the card I'm sharing with you today.  I wasn't sure about the Santa hat on the little raccoon, but decided it looked pretty cute, even if it is a little big!
